Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a personalized approach to help individuals achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will work one-on-one with a certified professional coach who will support you in moving closer to achieving your goals and helping you to uncover the blocks that keep you stuck. With individual coaching, individuals can gain valuable insights, accountability, and support to reach their desired outcomes in a specific area of their life.

Individual coaching sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place weekly or bi-weekly. Coaching sessions may focus on general life matters, academic pursuits, and/or career goals. Start by scheduling an introductory call to determine what’s best for you!

The power of coaching is in creating transformation. Transformation does not have overnight, and rarely in just one coaching session. Coaching services are often offered in 4- or 6-week packages.
