Tiffany Wiggins, PhD, ACC

Dr. Tiffany (she/her) is the Founder, CEO and Principal at Noire Coaching & Consulting. She is also the Creator of Black Girl Mentor - a digital space that centers the power, purpose, and practice of mentorship for, by, and amongst Black women and girls - as well as the host of the Black Girl Mentor podcast!

Additionally, Dr. Tiffany is an ICF-certified coach and consultant, with an extensive professional background in higher education administration, program/project management, and organizational development. She not only brings her training, experience, and research to her coaching practice, but she also brings an open heart, a spirit of care, and commitment to effective and sustainable change.

While she serves as a mentor to many, Dr. Tiffany reserves a special place in her heart and practice for Black women empowerment and community, Black parenthood, career & workplace navigation, life transitions, as well as college/doctoral/professional student success.
